Home Care
“NOTHING ABOUT YOU WITHOUT YOU” Our care at home service offers you the choice to remain independent in the comfort of your own home, without compromising on quality of care. We provide a package of care which is tailored to your individual needs, preferences and care plan.
Home care support includes; Day Care, Transitional Care, Respite Care, Shopping & Meal Preparation, Outings & Social Events and Companionship.
Supported Accomodation
KEPA care supported living services providing 24 hours domiciliary and personal care. Our aim is to deliver first class quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and communication difficulties. We actively promote equality and diversity within our company, both in our staff and the care and support we give others.
Our accommodation is flexible and suitable for residents with a range of different needs including help with communicating, managing challenging behaviours, developing social friendships and budgeting everyday life.
Each individual’s care plan will be designed with the aim of making a positive difference to their daily life, and wherever possible, they and their family and friends will be aware of the goals they are working towards, as will any professionals involved in their care.
Live In Care
A carer will live with you in your home to provide care whenever you need it, giving you and your family peace of mind.
How We Work
We work with our service users, stakeholders and families collaboratively. We promote effective communication within the service by using communication tools such as 1:1 engagement, Makaton, verbal communication art and effective listening.
