About Kepa Care

About Us

KEPA care Solutions provides a mixed gender service for adults with complex learning needs and Autism under 65 years in their own home, community and support accommodation. The support provided is personalised to each service user. Our aim is to enable people with complex needs to maximize their skills and abilities, maintaining a successful tenancy to live enriching and fulfilling lives.

At KEPA care ,  everyone should be supported to achieve his or her fullest potential. It is our strong belief that support has to be tailored to each individual and we believe that by taking a person-centred approach will ensure that we provide the right support. In order to achieve this we know that it is important to understand our resident’s aspirations and dreams, as well as their needs.

We believe that all people with a disability must have equal social and economic opportunities to ensure their development and wellbeing. It is our aim to provide support to every individual access to education, or employment and to support people with disabilities with social and recreational interests in the wider community. We strive to work in partnership with every family, local authority and professional involved with the welfare of the adults in our care.

Our Values

Our Staff

The registered manager is a qualified social worker with over 13 years post qualifying experience and including extensive experience statutory service of Children and Adult social care.

 

Support care worker hold the Care certificate in addition to a minimum of Level 3 diploma in Health and social care.

 

All staff will hold an enhanced check completed by the disclosure and baring service and safeguarding training. Our staff are experienced and English speakers.
